Dividend

Dividends on AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. shares are paid as and when declared by the Board of Directors.

Designation of Eligible Dividends

For purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial or territorial legislation, AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. (AGT) designates all dividends (including deemed dividends) paid by AGT after May 12, 2026 to be “eligible dividends”, unless otherwise notified by AGT. An eligible dividend paid to a Canadian resident is entitled to the enhanced dividend tax credit.
