AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Head Office in Regina, SK.

The primary function of a Desktop Support Specialist is to ensure the operation of computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, phones, and network devices and to troubleshoot problems as they arise. Additional tasks include preventive maintenance, workstation imaging, administrative duties and end-user training.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Formal education (college/university) and/or certifications a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange and Active Directory
• Knowledge of computer repair procedures and network device configuration
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule (early mornings, weekends)
• Some lifting required (computers, monitors, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• 2-3 years recent experience
