Custom Formulations
AGT Foods is able to source raw materials, including peas, chickpeas, lentils, rice and other
gluten-free sources, from its global origination network on five continents around the world. We can
produce our products from multiple gluten-free sources, including pulses, vegetables and more, to meet
the needs of our customers.
Pasta
AGT Foods is a leading producer of pasta for markets around the globe. We offer
plant-based pasta made from grain-free ingredients, designed to replicate the taste
and texture of traditional wheat pastas without the allergens.
Our plant-based pasta offerings can be made in a variety of ingredient formulations,
including pulses such as peas, lentils and chickpeas, as well with as custom ingredients
designed to meet the specific needs of food manufacturers. We offer a wide selection of
traditional and custom pasta shapes, including long-cut, short-cut and quick-cooking pastas
among others.
Shapes Available
Our pasta production facilities can produce products in a large selection of traditional shapes, such as
rotini, penne, spaghetti and others, as well as custom shapes produced to meet your needs.
Customer Packaging
AGT Foods is able to pack directly into customer packaging using our modern packaging line,
including boxes, pouches and more.
Extruded Crisps
AGT Foods’s portfolio of products includes plant-based extruded crisps made from
grain-free ingredients. These crisps feature higher protein content while replacing common
allergens like wheat, making them an ideal component for bakery applications, protein and cereal
bars, and other high-performance foods.
Our plant-based extruded crisp offerings can be made in a variety of ingredient formulations,

shapes, including puffs, crackers, common cereal shapes and more.
