AGT Foods is a diversified food company that provides high quality and affordable food for everyday consumption including packaged foods, food ingredients, pasta and milled grains and pulses from producer to the world. Our products reach consumers in 127 countries and our global footprint consists of 39 state-of-the-art, highly efficient manufacturing facilities operations across 5 continents. These facilities are strategically located near critical freight and logistics infrastructure and in close proximity to key agricultural growing regions, which provides us with the ability to efficiently source, process, and produce healthy plant-based food products that are both tasty and affordable.

Our integrated supply chain utilizes the latest manufacturing technologies, allowing us to produce a growing portfolio of packaged food brands in everyday categories including pasta, pulses, rice, and cereals. In addition, we are an integral partner to many global packaged food companies and international retailers through production, supply, and innovation partnership agreements to manufacture proprietary, value added products for their owned global and store brands.

History

AGT Foods was founded on the following mission statement, based on the operational philosophy that has made all areas of the group leaders in food products:

"To provide clean and quality product with reliable and timely shipments, competitive pricing and flexible delivery arrangements for bulk, bagged and packed pulses and foodstuffs. Facilities and Divisions

Global Origination Network

We buy crops, including pulses, grains, specialty crops and staple foods, from producers around our 39 global facilities in Canada, the United States, Türkiye, Australia and South Africa. Our facilities are located in the strongest growing regions for these crops, giving us direct access to ample supply of the raw materials that make our products.

Packaged Foods

AGT products are available at retailers in Türkiye, Canada, the U.S., South Africa and around the world. We offer a diverse range of processed, packaged and canned food products, including world-leading brands Arbella®, PastaVilla®, Veggipasta, CLIC and Tamam. Learn more about our retail products here.

Vertically Integrated Supply Chain

We clean, process and package these crops, then export them to over 127 countries around the globe. By processing crops in our own facilities into fully finished products, we capture their extra value there, keeping it the communities in which they were grown.

Quality Food Ingredients

Many of our crops are processed into high-quality food ingredient products, including flours, proteins, starches and fibres, in our ingredient production facilities in Minot, ND and Regina, SK.

Logistical Advantage

AGT Foods has agreements with world-leading bulk grain handling partners that transload grains like wheat, canola and flax from trucks to railcars for bulk export. Our network stretches across Western Canada and connects to major railways and ports to bring crops to market. Our advantage is your advantage.

Innovative Food Products

We use these ingredients to create retail-ready food products, including extruded products such pasta, crumb and texturized proteins.
